Road users are advised that the Foreglen Road, Dungiven is currently closed in both directions following a serious road traffic collision.
The road is currently closed between the junctions with Drumrane Road and Dernaflaw Road.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Please exercise caution and use alternative routes for your journeys."
