Man (34) to appear before court charged with drugs-related offences following search in Co Derry

As well as drugs offences, the man is further charged with possessing criminal property and using a motor vehicle without insurance

Three men charged over alleged 'crime spree' from Armagh to County Derry

The accused is due before Coleraine Magistrates' Court today.

Police have charged a man to court in connection with drugs-related offences following a search of a vehicle in the Newbridge Road area of Coleraine on Tuesday (August 19).

The 34-year-old has been charged with possession of a Class B controlled drug, possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply and being concerned in supply of a Class B controlled drug. He is further charged with possessing criminal property and using a motor vehicle without insurance.

He is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday, August 21.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
