Police, who are currently assisting colleagues in An Garda Síochána with their search for a missing person have made a specific appeal in relation to a backpack.
George Brennan, aged 38, is missing from County Mayo in the Republic of Ireland.
He may have links to the Causeway Coast and Glens area, and the Mid and East Antrim area.
Inspector Roxborough said: “As our enquiries continue, we would today, Saturday 19th April, make a specific appeal in relation to the location of a blue coloured backpack which George was seen carrying (pictured above).
“We would ask that anyone who believes they may have seen this backpack, or who has information as to its whereabouts, get in touch.
“The number to call is 101, quoting reference number 831 12/04/25.”
