A 34-year-old man has been charged to court with grievous bodily harm with intent, theft and driving-related offences, including driving whilst disqualified.
He is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrates Court today, Monday, February 10.
The man was arrested on Saturday, February 8, following a report of a serious assault of a 22-year-old man in Limavady on Saturday, February 1.
As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
