Newbridge Classic Car And Tractor Club recently held a Vintage Car and Tractor Show at The Elk in Toomebridge with over 80 vehicles taking part.
The show was a huge success raising £2,670 for the chosen charity, Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke (NICHS).
NICHS was selected as the event beneficiary in support of local man, Adrian McCann, who suffered a stroke two years ago.
Adrian has been making good progress with the help of son Tiernan, family, and the members of Sean O’Leary GAC.
A cheque presentation took place at The Elk recently.
A spokesperson for the club said: "Many thanks to Aileen O’Hara, Manager of The Elk, for all her help and support and to volunteers Anne Cassidy and Grainne Kearns, and to everyone who attended the show for their generous donations."
