Derry radio host ranked in top 40 most successful young European business leaders

Derry's River Radio Founder and Director, Gerard Doherty, has been named in the top 40 under 40 most successful and ambitious young European business leaders in 2023.

Gerard was awarded the honour by one of the world's most popular awards for young business leaders, Business Elite Awards.

Gerard said this award is a collective recognition: "I am extremely proud, not just for me for being recognised for this award, but also the hard work of my team at River Radio and the people of Derry and Northern Ireland. 
"To be listed in the Top 40 most successful and ambitious young European business leaders in 2023 is a massive success personally and to be recognised by Business Elites 40 under 40 is a massive achievement that I look forward to building on."
Gerard will attend the awards' Gala Event in Istanbul, Turkey this June, an event planned to welcome all the honorees to celebrate their success.
Business Elite Awards said they are looking forward to promoting Gerard as one of the 40 most successful and ambitious young European business leaders for 2023.
