James Gerald Donegan (34) of Glenabbey Road in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court today.

He was charged with breaching his bail on October 22 2018 and failing to answer his bail on the same date.

Donegan also faced a series of driving charges including dangerous driving that were said to have occurred on January 12 2019.

It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
