Foyle MLA Ciara Ferguson (Sinn Féin) has described the announcement of 300 new jobs at FinTrU as "fantastic".
Ms Fergusin said: "[It is] fantastic news that an additional 300 new jobs have been announced for Derry this morning.
"This £20m investment by FinTrU is hugely significant for the city and region and once in place, the jobs will contribute £8.6m of additional annual salaries to our local economy. Huge congratulations to everyone involved.
