Deborah Dorrity is on the countdown to her dream wedding
Derry woman Deborah Dorrity is on the countdown to her dream wedding.
Here she explains her story:
“I think I first started Slimming World about 10 years ago.
“I lost weight and then stopped going so many times! I always went back though as I knew the SlimmingWorld plan worked for me.
“My favourite meals are pancakes made with porridge oats served with strawberries and fruit syrup, salad for lunch and spaghetti bolognese for dinner which the whole family love!
“I love the fact the SlimmingWorld plan fits in with my family, a lot of the meals I make are adaptable for everyone to enjoy.
“Over the last eight months I got back on track and began food optimising 100% again.
“I had put on a lot of weight over lockdown and wanted it gone for good! I increased my body magic by joining a gym and exercising more, which I found has helped my mental health too.”
Deborah continued: “Since April I have lost over 4 stone and I am so proud.
“I love seeing the difference in my body and my confidence.
“I am not at target yet but hopefully it won’t be long til I am!
“SlimmingWorld is not just for women, it’s for everyone.
