Institute had to make do with a point on the road today despite another goal from Mark McFadden putting them ahead.
Brian Donaghey's side had hoped to get back to winning ways following their defeat to Ballyclare last week and they seemed set to do so when McFadden scored early in the second half to give them the lead. But the lead did not last long as Ethan McTaggart equalised for the home side soon afterwards.
The game at Clandboye Park was played in awful conditions with the first half passing by without many chances of note, although Dylan Doherty was forced into a good save to prevent the home side from going in front.
The game picked up in the second period, but after the goals neither side could force a winner.
'Stute are home to Loughgall next weekend.
