Derry City have completed the signing of Brandon Fleming pending international clearance, following his release from Hull City.
The 25-year-old joins up with City to offer defensive cover on the left-hand-side for the Candystripes.
The Hull native spent last season on loan with Doncaster Rovers and Forest Green Rovers making over 30 appearances between the two clubs.
Fleming featured 45 times for his parent club Hull City, including a lengthy spell in the first team in the 2021/22 season helping his side achieve Championship survival.
His impressive displays that season saw him named in the division’s Team of the Week on three occasions and awarded Hull City’s February and March Player of the Month.

The left-sided player has also had loan spells with Oxford United, Bolton Wanderers, Shrewsbury Town and Gainsborough Trinity.
Welcoming the latest addition, City boss Tiernan Lynch said: “Obviously a lad that has great experience, played in the Championship in England with Hull, and has played in a number of different English league clubs at different levels. He’s definitely one that’s going to come in here with plenty of experience.
“He’s also at a great age for what we’re trying to do here and where we’re trying to go.
“Has lots of energy and got to train with us today so we’re excited about getting him on the pitch.”
