Na Magha 0-9

Swatragh claimed top spot in Group A of this year’s Leadon Timber Derry Hurling Championship after a convincing 3-18 to 0-9 win over Na Magha.

Despite taking some time to settle, Declan McGuckin's men had too much for the city side and can now look forward to a senior semi-final clash with Banagher.

Na Magha on the other hand will drop into the Junior Championship semi-finals.

The first quarter was closely contested but once Kevin McAllister goaled in the 15th minute, there was no looking back from the hosts.

Swatragh continued were they left off after the break and further goals from Sean M Quinn and Fintan McGurk wrapped up a convincing win.
