A man who told police he would call them whatever he wanted has been fined at Derry Magistrates Court.

A man who told police he would call them whatever he wanted has been fined at Derry Magistrates Court.

Leonard McKinney, 54, of Woodbrook, admitted a charge of disorderly behaviour on December 16 last.

The court was told that police were attending an incident at a Chinese restaurant in William Street when they were approached by the defendant who started abusing them.

McKinney was fined £250.
