Ulster University Magee student wins Royal Television Society NI Craft Award

An Ulster University Magee student has won a Royal Television Society Northern Ireland Craft Award.

Christopher McSherry won an award for Camera Work for his film U of A.

The student of the Derry-based university received his award from Alison Fleming, UTV, and Justin Binding, BBC.

The award ceremony was hosted by Caoimhe Ní Chathail in the Black Box Belfast. 

It was a night that celebrated the talent that exists within university students studying in Northern Ireland, with awards presented for animation, entertainment and comedy, drama, and factual short form, to name but a few awards.
