A Derry building has been placed on the market for £1.2 million.
The Mount Royal (pictured), situated at 1,Northland Road, is made up of 25 apartments in a self-contained block.
The sale brochure outlines that property has a ‘gross income of £93,103 per annum with potential to increase to £127,500 per annum’.
It adds that there is also an opportunity for 'break up' as individual unit sales, while there is HMO (Houses with Multiple Occupancy) approval for 26 units until January 2019.
The block is arranged over five floors, and also includes a laundry room.
The agent is seeking offers in the region of £1, 200, 000 for the building.
