The following deaths have occurred:-

• Raymond (Ray) Cossum, 61 Malin Gardens, Derry

• Brian Coyle, 120 Brookdale Park, Derry

• Alexander (Alec) Todd, 9 Edmund Court, Tobermore

 

 

Emma Cairns, Derry

The death has taken place of Emma Cairns, (peacefully) passed away on 19th November 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Devoted wife of the late Hubert, much loved mother of Raymond, Delma, Victor, Loreen, Rhoda and Ronald. Also a adored mother in law, grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral will leave her late home on Monday, 21st November at 1.20pm followed by Church service in Faughanvale Presbyterian Church at 2.00pm. Burial in adjoining Church yard immediately after. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Marie Curie Cancer Care, c/o Browns Funeral Directors, Unit 21 Aghanloo Ind Est, Aghanloo Road, Limavady. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her entire family circle.

 

Raymond (Ray) Cossum, 61 Malin Gardens, Derry

The death has taken place of Raymond (Ray) Cossum, 17th November 2022, (peacefully) at Waterside Hospital, beloved husband of the late Bridie, loving father of Desmond and Graham, dear father-in-law of Mary and Myfanwy, much loved grandfather of Claire, and Maeve and great-grandfather of Heloise, Luke, Odhran, Connor, Orlaith, and Aoife. Funeral leaving his home 61 Malin Gardens on Monday, 21st November at 9.20am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for him.

 

Brian Coyle, 120 Brookdale Park, Derry

The death has occurred of Brian Coyle, 16th November 2022, (suddenly) at his home, 120 Brookdale Park, beloved son of Pauline and Leo, loving brother of Sandra, Tony, Patrick, and Aine, a dear and loving uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Funeral leaving his mother Pauline’s home, 38 Carnhill, on Monday, 21st November at 10.20am to St. Brigid’s Church, Carnhill for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time please from 9.00pm to 10.00am. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for him.

 

Alexander (Alec) Todd, 9 Edmund Court, Tobermore

The death has taken place of Alexander (Alec) Todd, 19th November 2022, (peacefully) at his home, 9 Edmund Court, Tobermore, in his 96th year, much-loved husband of Jean, loving father of Trevor, James, Gary, Anne and Judith, a dear father-in-law of Veronica, Sharon and the late Elizabeth and Brian and a devoted papa and great papa. Funeral from his home on Tuesday, 22nd November at 12.40pm to Tobermore Presbyterian Church, for service at 1.00pm, followed by burial in Tobermore Presbyterian Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Marie Curie and Macmillan Cancer Support, payable to D. Watters (Donations A/c), 55 Main Street, Tobermore, Magherafelt BT45 5PP. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his loving wife, family and family circle. Too good in life to be forgotten in death.
