COLLINS, Jim - 5 October 2021 - (peacefully) at his late home (12 Cable Street), surrounded by all his loving family, beloved husband of the late Eileen, loving father of Jim, Patrick, Elaine, Tracey, Eamonn, Fearghal and the late Maria, a much loved grandfather and great-grandfather., deeply regretted and sadly missed by all his wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Jim's remains will be reposing at his late residence, 12 Cable Street, from 1.00pm today (Wednesday), funeral leaving from there on Friday, 8 October, at 10.20am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St. Columba's Church, Longtower, burial immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. Jim's funeral Requiem Mass can be streamed live via the link: Sadly, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and in accordance with the updated government guidelines the wake and funeral will be private for family and friends only. Please maintain social distancing and adhere to government guidelines at all times. LINTON, Samuel Ian  - 5 October 2021 - in Altnagelvin hospital after an illness bravely borne, dearly beloved husband of Roberta, devoted daddy of Laura, Trevor and Kenneth, dear father-in-law of Kyla and Christine, loving granda of Parker, Mason, Sophie and Freddie, master to Buddy and Morgan, darling baby brother to all the Linton Family. Funeral service in his late home 124 Abbeydale tomorrow (Thursday) at 2.00pm followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. House strictly private. Family flowers only. McBRIDE, Brendan ( Draperstown) - 4 October 2021 - (peacefully) at hospital, dearly beloved son of Annie and the late Joseph and much loved brother of Michael, Patrick, Joseph, James, John and Mark R.I.P. Funeral from his home 71 Cavanreagh Road tomorrow (Thursday) for 12.00noon Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Straw. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. St Pio pray for him. Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing mother, brothers, sister’s in law, his aunt Teresa Dehan (Magherafelt), nephews, nieces and large family circle. Covid restrictions apply. McWILLIAMS, John - 5 October 2021 - beloved husband of Anne, 10 Tirbracken Road, Drumahoe, loving father of Gemma, Ann, Angela, Sheena, J.J., Una and Claire, a devoted grandfather and dear brother of Josie, Gerald, Christie and the late James and Phonsie. House restricted to family and friends only please due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Funeral from his home tomorrow (Thursday) at 11.20am for 12.00pm Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Tamnaherin. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The Mass can be viewed live via the Church webcam. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
