Derry Now has been informed of the follow deaths

Hale, 26th April 2014, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, Bobby, beloved husband of Chrissie, loving father of Janette, Jim, Robbie, Christy, Cathy, Thomas, Goretti, and the late Geraldine, Caroline, and Michael. A dear and loving grandfather and great grandfather. Funeral leaving his home, 93 Rathlin Drive tomorrow, Tuesday, at 9.20am to St Mary’s Church, Creggan for requiem mass at 10am. Interment afterwards in the city cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul, Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.

Curran, 26th April 2014, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, Jimmy, beloved husband of Eleanor, loving father of Maria, Billy, and Jim, dear brother of Willie, Peggie, Hughie and Bernadette. Father-in-law of Patrick, Tina and Colette. And a dear and loving grandfather. Funeral arrangements later from his home 20 Glenbrae Gardens. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul, Our Lady opf Lourdes intercede for him.

Hamilton (nee Lynch), Bridget died 23rd April 2014 at Hospital Queens, New York. R.I.P.
Beloved Wife of the late Andy, loving Mother of Freddy and Andrew, beloved Sister of Susie and the late Alex and Willie, Stepsister of Jimmy, Maureen, Phyliss, Gertie and the late Jean and a loving Cousin to the Cunningham Family, formerly of Friel’s Terrace and Dunree Gardens.
Cremation took place on Thursday 24th April after Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Winfield, Woodside, New York.

McEleney, Sarah R.I.P. : 26th April 2014 at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late Harry and loving mother of Anne, Sally, John, Charles, Henry, Patrick, Robert, Peggy, Teresa, Elizabeth, Olive and the late Shauna.  Funeral from her home, 7 Castleview Park, today (Monday) at 10.30am. for 11 o’clock requiem mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown.  Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.  St. Therese intercede for her. Matt Talbot pray for her.
