Derry Now has been informed of the follow deaths:

Bullock, Michael John (Mick), died 3rd May, 2014, peacefully at his home, 77 Drumard Park, Hazelbank, Derry, beloved husband of Maeve, loving father of Susan, Kieran, Leanne and Michaela, a dear and loving grandfather to all his loving grandchildren. RIP. Mick’s remains will be removed from his home at 9.30am today Monday to the Holy Family church, Ballymagroarty for requiem mass at 10am. Funeral immediately afterwards to the city cemetery. On his soul sweet Jesus have mercy, our lady of Lourdes pray for him.

Deery, Patrick  R.I.P.:  3rd May 2014, formerly of 36 Limewood Street, beloved son of the late Patsy and Mary-Ann, dear brother of Michael, John, Seamus, Vincent, Helen, Betty, Marie and the late Julia, Manus, Bernadette and Ann. Funeral arrangements later from his niece’s home, 154 Lecky Road. Sacred Heart of Jesus Have Mercy on his Soul.

Green, 3rd May 2014, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, Teresa, beloved wife of Lawrence, (Lornie), dear sister of Brendan, Joe and all her family circle. Funeral leaving her home, 6 Tutor Close today, Monday at 6pm, to St Eugene’s Cathedral for requiem mass tomorrow, Tuesday at 10am. Interment afterwards in the city cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul, Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.

McKinney, (nee Porter), 4th May 2014, peacefully at Edenballymore Care Home, Kathleen, beloved wife of the late Hugh, loving mother of Martin, Malachy, Eileen, Joan, Eamon and the late Deirdre, and Annette. A dear and loving grandmother to all her grandchildren. Funeral leaving her home 16 Marlborough Avenue on Wednesday at 9.20am to St Eugene’s Cathedral for requiem mass at 10am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul, Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.
