Funeral Service on Thursday, 23rd April, at 2.00pm followed by burial in Ballyowen Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Northern Ireland Chest, Heart & Stroke Association. McELWEE, Charles (Charlie)- Peacefully at his family home, 1 Glenside Gardens, Derry, (late of Cloney Caven, Ballivor, Co Meath), loving father of Deirdre, Tina, Joanne, Olivia, Sinead and Aisling, a dear and loving grandfather and great-grandfather, loving brother of Eileen. Funeral leaving the family home tomorrow (Wednesday). at 9:20am to St Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in Milford Cemetery, Co Donegal. NICHOLSON, Brian (Rathfarnham, Dublin /formerly of Derry) - Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the loving care of the staff, at Tallaght Hospital, Brian, beloved husband of Lena and dear father of Helena. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, son-in-law Declan, granddaughters Sarah, Chloe, Emma and Sophie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home from 3.00pm today (Tuesday). Removal on Thursday to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Ballyroan arriving for 10.00am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Cancer Society.
