COOKE, Joe, We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Joseph (Joe) Cooke on 13th of November 2018, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital after a short illness very bravely borne, may he rest in peace. Late of 75 Glenmore Park , Waterside , Derry. Loving son of Mary and the late Joseph R.I.P. Dear brother of Donna, Caroline, Uel, Marie and Noel. A much loved Uncle, nephew, brother in law and dear friend to many. Reposing from his late residence, funeral will leave from there on Friday 16th of November at 12.20pm for requiem mass at 1pm in St Columb’s Church, Chapel Road, Waterside, Derry, interment afterwards in St Mary’s Ardmore Cemetery. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his mother, sisters and brothers, sister in law and brothers in law, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and the entire family circle. KENNEDY, Edmund (Edd), 10th November 2018 dear father of Chloe and Lennon, beloved son of Gerard and Martha (formerly of Lower Bennett Street) and dear brother of Gerard, Stephen, Lisa, Grace and the late Martina. Funeral took place from his parent’s home, 96 Elmgrove on this morning at 9.20 am for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Longtower. Interment took pace afterwards in the city cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
LYNCH, (nee Donaghy), Mary (Mavis) Lynch nee Donaghy November 12, 2018 Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, (following a short illness surrounded by her loving family) dearly loved wife of the late Joseph, loving mother of Esther and the late Gary, dear mother-in-law of Jim and Carol, adored grandmother of Steven, Laura, Graeme and Rachel. Funeral leaving her late home 26, Tirbracken Road, Drumahoe on Thursday 15th November at 1.30pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for her life in Glendermott Presbyterian Church at 2.00pm, burial afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.
