Kathleen Teresa Browne (née O’Neill), Parkmore Close, Magherafelt

It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Kathleen Teresa Browne (née O’Neill) (Magherafelt), October 15 2025, peacefully at Cove Manor Ardboe, formerly Parkmore Close, beloved mother of John (Irene) and Michael (Lorraine), daughter of the late Barney and Mary O’Neill and dear sister of Mary Bridget, Bernadette, Marie, Christina and the late Hugh Andy. Funeral from Michael and Lorraine’s home, 26 Mullaghboy Glen on Saturday, October 18 at 10.30am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of our Lady of the Assumption via webcam Webcam – Magherafelt Parish, interment afterwards in cemetery at Church of St. Patrick Ballinderry. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her sons, daughters in law, grandchildren Myles, Zara and Nicole, sisters, nephews, nieces and extended family circle.

Maeve Kerr (née McEneaney), 38 Hillview Avenue, Prehen, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Maeve Kerr (née McEneaney), October 14 2025, peacefully at her home, 38 Hillview Avenue, Prehen, beloved wife of the late Desmond (Des), loving mother of Brendan, Dermot, Deirdre, Adrian, Paul and Caroline, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother and a dear and loving sister to Anne, Angela, Seamus and the late Biney and Dympna. House private on Friday morning. Funeral leaving her home on Friday at 9:20am to St. Columb’s Church, Chapel Road for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if wished to Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for her.

Margaret Mary (Marge) Lynch, 25 The Rosses, Derry

The death has occurred of Margaret Mary (Marge) Lynch, October 14 2025, at her home, 25 The Rosses. Dearly beloved mother of Jacqueline, Jeffrey, Lisa and Leanne. Dear mother-in-law of Patrick and Michelle. Devoted grandmother of Dale, Jake, Dylan, Leah, Adam, Blake, Luke, Carter, Riley and her expected baby granddaughter. Sister of Joe, Martin and the late Joan. Funeral service in her late home on Saturday, October 18 at 11.00am followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. Daniel (Danny) McCrory, 224 Cornshell Fields, Derry

The death has taken place of Daniel (Danny) McCrory, October 14 2025, peacefully at his home, 224 Cornshell Fields, beloved husband of Ann, loving father of Aiden, Daniel, Ann Marie and the late Barry, devoted granddad to Shea, Darragh, Gary, Jammie and Johnathan, dear son of the late Charlie and Bridget (Omagh) and a cherished uncle of all his nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and all his friends and neighbours. Danny will be reposing at his home on Friday, October 17 from 11:00am to 10:00pm. Funeral leaving his home on Saturday, October 18 at 10:20am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
