It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Patrick (Paddy) Barr, peacefully at The Foyle Hospice on September 20 2025. Late of 7 Drumcliff Avenue. May he rest in peace. Beloved father of Terry, Sharon, Pat, Jeanette and Denise. Loving Partner of Tina. Dearest step-father of Nicola, Denise, Jennifer and Johnpaul. A much loved Granda to all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Jackie, Mary, Anne, Tommy, and the late Jennifer and Eamon. Precious son of the late Eddie and Martha. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends. Paddy's remains will be reposing at his late home, 7 Drumcliff Avenue from 11.00am today (Sunday, September 21). Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday, September 23 at 9:25am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Columba's Church, Long Tower. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. With great sadness we announce the death of Audrey Emma Calvert (née Nutt) who passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on September 19 2025 at Foyle Hospice. Dearly loved wife of Harry. Devoted mother of Heather and Tom. Loving Nana of Lewis, Emily, Henry, Adam and Lydia. Family and friends are welcome to call at the family home, 22 Drumrane Road on Sunday, September 21 from 3.00pm - 5.00pm. The death has occurred of Richard (Dick) Craig, September 19 2025, peacefully at home, Clonmeen Drive, Strathfoyle, loving father of Alistair, Alan, Denise, Donna and the late Ashley and a much loved grandfather and great-grandfather.
