George Gilbert Dysart, 18 Wheatfield Crescent, Coleraine

The death has occurred of the late George Gilbert Dysart, August 30 2025, (suddenly) at hospital, 18 Wheatfield Crescent, Coleraine, dearly loved husband of Sharon and much loved father of Claire and Amanda and her partner Ian. Funeral from his home on Tuesday at 1.30pm for service in 1st Coleraine Presbyterian Church at 2.00pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. Family flowers only please.  Donations in lieu if desired for 1st Coleraine Presbyterian Church c/o Ivan Murdock and Sons, 31 Bushmills Road, Coleraine. Deeply regretted by his loving family and entire family circle.

 

Kathleen McDaid (née Green), Derry

The death has taken place of the late Kathleen McDaid (née Green), August 31 2025, peacefully at Oakleaves Care Home, surrounded by her loving family, (formerly of Bishop Street), beloved wife of the late Manus, loving mother of Damien, Margaret, Deirdre (John) and the late babies Sam and Brendan, devoted grandmother of Mary-Jane, Aoibhe and Daniel, dear and loving daughter of the late Sarah and Thomas Green and foster-daughter of the late Margaret and Joe Cullen, cherished sister of Vonnie, Margaret, Gerard, Philip and the late Billy, Robert, Jackie, Helen, Ann, Packie, Margaret, Kitty, Sophie, Paddy, Joe, babies John and Elizabeth. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle. Kathleen will be reposing at her daughter Deirdre’s home, 9 Grove Manor, Fir Road. All welcome to visit on Monday, September 1 from 1:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral leaving there on Tuesday, September 2 at 9:20m to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. St. Padre Pio pray for her. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for her.
