The death has taken place of William John (Billy) Brown, August 4 2025, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, surrounded by his family, dearly beloved husband of Mavis, 6 The Oasis, Magherafelt, much loved stepfather of Julie, Alan and Jayne, loving granda to Emily, dearest brother of David, Samuel, Marjorie and the late Anetta, Hadessa and Roberta and a dear brother-in-law of Eric and Mary. House strictly private. It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Kathleen Armitage (née Rigney) at her late home, after a long illness bravely borne on August 6 2025. Late of 19 Buncrana Road. May she rest in peace. Beloved wife of the late Max. Much loved sister of Eamon, Daniel, Deirdre, Liam, Michael, Bridgeen, Patrick and the late Edward, Siobhan and Maura. A loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Cherished daughter of the late Edward and Philomena Rigney. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Kathleen's remains will be reposing at her late home, 19 Buncrana Road from 12:30pm this afternoon, Thursday, August 7. The death has taken place of Niall Conaghan, August 3 2025, suddenly at his home in Portrush, loving father of Aaron and Ryan, beloved son of Kevin and the late Margo, cherished brother of Kevin and Ursula.
