Niamh Bonner, 16 Central Drive, Derry

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Niamh Bonner, July 29 2025, suddenly at her home, 16 Central Drive, Derry BT48 9QH, (formerly of Castleview Park), loving mother of Eimear, Ciara, Lauren, Oisin, Aoife and Dara, dear mother-in-law to Gavin, devoted grandmother of Ava, Bronan, Hannah, Hugo, Luca and Cahir, beloved daughter of Kathleen and the late Seamus, cherished sister of Fiachra, Caoimhe, Dualtach, Tiarnan and Aíne and a loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Niamh will be reposing at her at her home. Funeral leaving her home on Saturday, August 2 at 9:20am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for her.

Majella Devine (née O’Reilly), 19 Friel Close, Derry

The death has taken place of Majella Devine (née O’Reilly), July 30 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, (late of 60 Rathkeele Way), beloved wife of Tony, loving mother of Gareth, Carla, Tony and Joanne, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother, grandmother of the late Baby Beibhinn, dear daughter of the late Jim and Peggy, a cherished sister to her brothers and sisters and aunt to her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Majella will be reposing at her home, 19 Friel Close. House private please from 10:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving her home on Saturday, August 2 at 9:20am to Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty for Requiem Mass at 10:0am. Brendan Duddy, 4 Fernabbey Park, Derry

The death has taken place of Brendan Duddy, July 31 2025, peacefully at his home, 4 Fernabbey Park, beloved husband of Valerie, loving father of Megan, Philip and Brendan, devoted grandfather of Leo and Eireann, dear son of the late Liam and Christina, a cherished brother and brother-in-law to his brothers and sisters. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by his nephews, nieces and the wider family circle. Brendan will be reposing at his home. House private from 9:00pm to 12noon.
