Cornelius (Con) Browne, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Cornelius (Con) Browne, May 28 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, (late of 65 Rosskeen Park and Bishop Street), a loving Son, Brother and Uncle. Con will be sadly missed by his friends and staff at Supported Living Services. Cornelius will be reposing in Bradley & McLaughlin’s Funeral Chapel on Friday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Removal leaving Bradley & McLaughlin’s Funeral Home on Friday, May 30 at 6:15pm to St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower for Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11:30am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for him.

The death has taken place of the late William Martin Campbell, May 27 2025, suddenly at his home, beloved husband of Kathleen, loving father of Kevin and Kim, dear father-in-law to John and Susanna, devoted grandfather of Shaun, Conor, Gareth, John-Paul, Allen, Matthew and Michael and great-grandfather of Faye, Diathí, Fianna, Riley, Ariagrace and Payton, dear son of the late William and Sarah, cherished brother of Lily, Mary, Evelyn and Hugh and a much loved uncle to his nieces and nephews. William will be reposing at 5 Deanery Street. Funeral leaving his home on Saturday, May31  at 12:20pm to St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower for Requiem Mass at 1:00pm. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for him.

The death has taken place of Carole Dorrans, May 28 2025, (suddenly) at hospital, 46 Bushmills Road, Coleraine, dearly beloved daughter of the late Nathaniel and Dorothy, much loved sister of Samuel, John and Edwin, dear sister-in-law of Janet and the late Beth, Helene and Mary and a devoted aunt and great-aunt. Service of Thanksgiving in First Coleraine Presbyterian Church on Monday at 2.00pm following a private family committal in Coleraine Cemetery. House private. Family flowers only please. The death has occurred of the late Jean Jones (née Redfern), May 29 2025, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, dearly beloved wife of Richard, 183 Leckagh Cottages, Killyfaddy Road, Magherafelt, much loved and devoted mother of Elaine, Alan and Jillian, dear mother-in-law of Gareth, loving granny of Toby and Tilly and dearest sister of Cissy, Tom, Jim, Maggie and the late Anna. Family and friends welcome at her home. The death has taken place of the late Archie Leggett, May 29 2025, Peacefully at home. Beloved Husband of the late Charlotte. The death has taken place of the late Dermot McElwee (Knockloughrim), May 29 2025, Beloved son of the late Patrick and Ellen McElwee and loving brother of the late Mary, Jimmy, John, Francis and Margaret. Funeral from his home, 23 Garrison Road on Saturday, May 31 at 10.20am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of St. Mary Lavey via webcam Church of Our Lady of Mercy, Lavey. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
