The death has occurred of the late Christine Anne Adams (née Hamill), Called home April 22 2025, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, dearly beloved wife of the late James, 33 Tobermore Road, Desertmartin, much loved and devoted mother of Fiona, Ruth and Sharon, cherished mother-in-law of Robert, Laurie and Stuart, also a loving granny and great-granny, dearest sister of Irvine, Kathleen, Louie, Irene, Llewyn, Robert, Moyra and the late Hugh and also a dear sister-in-law and aunt. House strictly private. Family and friends welcome in Garvin’s Funeral Home on Thursday evening (April 24) from 7:00pm –8:30pm. Funeral service in Draperstown Presbyterian Church on Friday (April 25) at 12:00noon followed by burial in Lecumpher Presbyterian Churchyard. Family flowers only please. The death has taken place of Jackie Barclay, April 23, 2025 (peacefully) at his home, “The Hollow”, 9 Durnascallion Lane, Desertmartin, in his 92nd year, dearly beloved husband of the late Anna, much loved and devoted father of Trevor, Barbara, Pauline, Hazel, Joanne and John, dear father-in-law of Irene, Ian, David, Norman, Julie and the late Alan, also a loving grandfather and great-grandfather and dearest brother of Freddie, Joyce and the late Mary and Etta. Family and friends welcome at his home on Thursday (April 24) and Friday (April 25).  A service of thanksgiving for Jackie’s life will take place in Lecumpher Presbyterian Church on Saturday (April 26) at 1:30pm. The death has occurred of the late Alan Bloomfield (née Linton), April 23 2025, (peacefully) at The Causeway Hospital, Coleraine, dearly beloved Wife of Robert John, 20 Hervey Hill Road, Kilrea, much loved Mother of Moira, Noelleen and Ross, loving Mother-in-Law of Dessie (late), Derek and Samantha and devoted Grandmother of Rachel, Richard, Jonathan, Matthew, Thomas, Cerys and Caleb. The death has taken place of Jessie Bradley (née Gregg), April 23 2025, Peacefully at Templemore Nursing Home Eglinton, Late of Mulderg Cottages, Claudy. Beloved wife of the late Joe R.I.P. Loving mother of Margaret, Josephine, Davy, Lizzie, Johnny, Larry, Jean, Christine and the late Joe. A dear mother-in-law, granny great-granny, sister and aunt. The death has taken place of Alan Coleclough, April 22 2025, peacefully at Antrim Area Hospital. Alan, late of 16 Hazeldene Drive, Coleraine. Dearly loved husband of Karen and dear father of Tony and Maria; adored granda of Lauren, Tyler, Travis and Sophia. James (Jimmy) Doherty, 50 Dunree Gardens, Derry

The death has taken place of James (Jimmy) Doherty, April 22 2025, peacefully, after a short illness, at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, (formerly of Lecky Road), beloved husband of Margo, loving father of Cathy and the late Niall, dear father-in-law to Tony and the late Julie, devoted son of the late Neil (Barber) and Bella, cherished brother of Bridie, John, Neil and the late Willie and a loving uncle to all his nephews and nieces. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. James will be reposing at his home, 50 Dunree Gardens, on Thursday from 11:00am to 10:00pm. Funeral leaving his home on Friday, April 25 at 9:30am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
