The death has occurred of the late Bridget Carey (née McNeill), April 5 2025, (peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, 24 Greenpark Gardens, Antrim and formerly Cargin), beloved wife of the late Denis, much loved mother of Gerard, Martin, Denis, Michael and Joseph, loving sister of Kate (McElroy), Rosemary (Doherty), Ann (Roberts), Sheila (Gallagher), Lizzie (Mageean) and the late Girlie, Johnny, Paddy, Jimmy, Anthony, Joe, Barney, Lizzie and infant Barney and dear mother in law of Rita, Geraldine, Donna, Maeve and the late Angeline. Bridget’s funeral arrangements have yet to be finalised, we will update the here as soon as they have been finalised. Bridget’s wake will officially begin on Sunday, April 6 at her son Martin’s residence 193 Meadowlands, Antrim, BT41 4EZ, at 5.00pm. Family time requested each day of the wake between 10.00pm and 5.00pm. Her remains will be reposing in her home. Funeral from there on Monday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
