Seamus Boorman, Drumcondra, Dublin (formerly of Bellaghy)

The death has occurred of Seamus Boorman, February 10 2025 at his residence Drumcondra, Dublin 9 and formerly of Bellaghy, Co. Derry, pPeacefully in the wonderful care of his Partner Helen at their home with the care of St. Francis Hospice Palliative Care team, and surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his brother, Joe. Seamus will be sadly missed by his loving Partner Helen, his sons and daughters Clare, Cormac, Niamh, Enda and their mum, Bernie. His Grandchildren Aoife, Méabh, Rónán, His nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends and GAA friends throughout the Country. Seamus will be reposing this evening (Wednesday) from 5.00pm- 7.00pm at his home just off Homefarm Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9. Removal the following morning Thursday from his home arriving at 9.50am at Our Lady of Dolours Church, Botanic Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9 for 10o’clock Mass. Followed by Cremation in Glasnevin Cemetery, Finglas Road, Dublin 9. Rest in peace. Samuel James Alexander (Alex) Cunningham, Tobermore

We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of the late Samuel James Alexander (Alex) Cunningham, February 10 2025, surrounded by his loving Family, dearly beloved Husband of the late Hilda, late of Tobermore, much loved Father of Philip and Andrea, a dear Father-in-Law of Robert, much loved Poppa of Amy, Conan (Stephanie), Ryan (Vicki), Lauren and Katie, a devoted Great Grandfather and dearest Brother of Jean, Isobel, Gordon, Margaret, Trevor and the late Evelyn. All welcome at his Daughter and Son-in-Law's home, 24 Fort Hill, Tobermore from 12noon - 8:00pm today (Wednesday, February 12). Funeral from Andrea and Robert's home on Thursday, February 13 at 1:30pm, to Kilcronaghan Parish Church for service at 2:00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard. "Always in our hearts"

The death has taken place of the late Willie-John Douglas, February 11 2025, (peacefully) at hospital, 40 Lever Road, Portstewart, dearly beloved husband of the late Mary, much loved father of Angela, Jackie and Donna, devoted grandad of Declan, Hayley, Mary, Ann-Marie, Thomas and William, great-grandad of Caolán, also beloved husband of the late Valerie and step-dad to William and David. The death has occurred of the late Gerard Gillespie, February 11 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, (late of Lisamon and Woodside Road, Newbuildings) beloved son of the late Patrick and Mary, loving brother of Thomas, James, Angus, John, Marie and the late Bobby and Patrick, and a much loved uncle and great-uncle. His remains will be reposing in his sister’s home, 13 Grovemount Park, Altnagelvin. Funeral from there on Thursday at 10.30am for 11o’clock Requiem Mass in The Church of the Immaculate Conception. It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Lee Kruger (Moneymore), suddenly at home, February 10 2025, beloved husband of Ethna and her children Olivia, Bernie, Katie, Frances and late grandchild Jamie. It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Lynch, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on February 10 2025. Late of 49 Ardfoyle and formerly of 2 Brook Street.
