The death has taken place of the late William David Clyde, passed away suddenly at his own home on January 15 2025. Much loved husband of Sandra, loving father of Mandy, devoted grandfather of Shauni and Great grandfather of Parker. Also a dear brother of Trevor, Norris, Dorothy and the late Mervyn. Funeral arrangements to follow. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his entire family circle.

Samuel (Sammy) Hemphill, 28 Crocknamack Street, Portrush

The death has taken place of the late Samuel (Sammy) Hemphill, January 16 2025, (peacefully) at his home, 28 Crocknamack Street, Portrush, dearly loved husband of Margaret, much loved father of Jeffrey and Alana, dear father-in-law of Margaret and Christopher, grandfather of Shannon and Alyssa and beloved brother of Lorna, Audrey, Jennifer and the late Muriel, Joan, Betty, Dorothy, Jimmy and Nora. Funeral from his home on Sunday at 9.30am for Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Portrush at 10.00am followed by interment in Ballywillan Cemetery. House private on Sunday morning please. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired for Marie Curie c/o Ivan Murdock and Sons, 31 Bushmills Road, Coleraine. Deeply regretted by his loving family and entire family circle. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

Francis Robert (Frank) Kelly, 50 Knockanbaan, Limavady

The death has taken place of the late Francis Robert (Frank) Kelly, passed away peacefully at Rush Hall Care Home on January 16 2025. Much loved husband of Winnie loving father of Michael, (Deirdre) Claire (Steven), Grand father of Rachel, Jack and Dara, Brother of Julie. Friends and family welcome to call at his late home, 50 Knockanbaan between 11.00am and 10.00pm. Funeral service will be held in Second Limavady Presbyterian Church on Saturday at 12noon. Followed by burial in Enagh Cemetery at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please donations if desired To Rushall comfort fund, cheques payable to Browns Funeral Directors. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his entire family circle.

Charles McLaughlin, Derry

We regret to inform you that the death has occurred of the late Charles McLaughlin, January 14 2025 at Altnagelvin Hospital. Loving father of Brandon and Lizzie -may. Beloved son of Margie and the late Alexander (Alex). Loving brother of Martha, Jeanette, James, Sophia. A much loved uncle. Will be sadly missed by his former partner Teresa. Charles will be reposing at his mother's home, 27 Barrs Lane, Hazelbank. Robert Nicholl, Freehall Park, Castlerock

The death has occurred of the late Robert Nicholl, January 15 2025, (peacefully) at The Cottage Nursing Home, (formerly of Freehall Park, Castlerock), dear father of Ryan, dearly loved son of the late Robert and Ethna and a devoted brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Service in Murdock’s Funeral Home, 2a Windsor Avenue, Coleraine on Saturday at 10.30am followed by a private family interment in Tamlaght Finlagan Churchyard, Ballykelly. Family and friends welcome at Murdock’s Funeral Home on Friday evening between 6.00pm and 8.00pm. Family flowers only please. Kevin O'Donnell, 31 Belmont Crescent, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Kevin O'Donnell, January 15 2025, peacefully at his home, 31 Belmont Crescent, surrounded by his loving family, (formerly of Talbot Park), beloved husband of Roberta, loving father of Stephen, Laverne, Mark and Chris, devoted grandfather of Rosie, Sophie and Beth, and a dear and loving brother of Eamon, Monica, Brian and the late Frank and Mary. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by Ciara, Emma S, Emma W and the entire family circle. Kevin will be reposing at his home on Friday from 11:00am to 9:00pm. Funeral leaving his home on Saturday, January 18 at 11:20am to St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn for Requiem Mass at 12:00noon. Robert (Rob) Spence, 52 Greenmount Road, Coleraine

The death has occurred of the late Robert (Rob) Spence, January 15 , surrounded by his family at Causeway hospital, late of 52 Greenmount Road, Coleraine. Dearly loved husband of the late Alma, much loved father of Linda and David, father-in-law of Peter, much adored grandfather of Denise, Claire, Matthew, Carrie, Jade, Tori and Steven; great-grandfather of Adam and Rhys. House Strictly Private. Service of Thanksgiving in Terrace Row Presbyterian Church on Saturday, January 18 at 1.00pm, followed by interment in Portstewart Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Claude Stanage, Brunswick Road, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Claude Stanage, January 15 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Area Hospital surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Jean, Brunswick Road, loving father of Pamela (Pandy) and Heather, devoted grandfather of Lauren Jayne and Jack, dear brother of the late Doris, Basil and Sandra and brother-in-law of Lexie, Janet and Tom. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, BT47 3PU on Friday, January 17 2025 from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.
