The death has taken place of the late Martin Cassidy (Slaughtneil), January 7 2025, Peacefully at home following a short illness. Beloved husband of Margaret Mary (Maggie). Devoted father of Liam, Eimear, Paul and the late infant Dympna. Son of the late Henry and Dympna. Loving brother of Patrick, Brian, Dympna Dougan, Shane, Henry, Joseph, Ignatius, Elizabeth Doherty (Lanny). Family time 11.00pm to 11.00am. Funeral from his home 12a Slaughtneil Road, BT46 5NJ on Friday, January 10 at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St. John the Baptist Church, Granaghan. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Ken Dallas, 59 Castle Park, Limavady

We regret to inform you that the death has occurred of the late Ken Dallas, Passed away peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital surrounded by his loving family on January 6 2025. Late of 59 Castle Park, Limavady. Much loved husband of Joan, loving father of Gareth, (Clare) Janet, devoted Grandfather of Jessica, Susie, Kate, Joe and Lucy. Dear brother of Rev Joe, Lily, Reggie and Ruth. All welcome to call at his late home and funeral on Wednesday (January 8) 2.00pm to 9.00pm. Informal tribute will take place in his late home on Thursday at 11.00am followed by burial in Enagh Cemetery at 12noon. Immediately afterwards refreshments will be served in Limavady Rugby Club. Family flowers only please donations if desired and cheques payable to NI Chest, Heart and Stroke Association and forwarded to Browns Funeral Directors, 21 Aghanloo Ind Est. Aghanloo Road, Limavady. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his extended family, family circle and friends.

The death has taken place of the late Hugh Morrow Doherty, January 6 2025, (peacefully) at Hospital, Brookhill House, Coleraine (formerly of Meadowvale, Portrush), dearly beloved husband of the late Jean Laverty, much loved father of Lynette, Shirleen and Stephen, dear father-in-law of Gerald and Serena, loving grandfather of Aimée (and her husband Tim), Alice, Sam, Ashley and Andrew and great-grandfather of Michael, Zoé and Suzanna. Service of Thanksgiving in Portrush Methodist Church on Thursday at 12.00noon following a private family committal in Ballywillan Cemetery. Family flowers only please. The death has taken place of the late Charles McMurray (Castledawson, Co. Derry), January 6 2025. Suddenly at Drapersfield Nursing Home, Cookstown, Charles, cherished father of Terry and much loved grandfather of Nicola, Liam and Ryan and brother of Jean Zammit, Belle Devlin, Patsy Donnelly, Brendan and the late Peggy Arrell, Cassie Harris, Maureen Marlow, Eileen Spiteri, Evelyn Piotrowski, Johnny and Theresa Grant, formerly Castledawson, Co. Derry. May he Rest In Peace. Funeral arrangements to be announced in the coming weeks. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken son, Terry’s partner Jeanette, grandchildren, Nicola’s husband Brian, great-grandchildren Bethany and Paige, nephews, nieces and the entire family circle.

Doyle (Teresa) O'Neill, Clondermott Park, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Doyle (Teresa) O'Neill, January 6 2025, peacefully at the Foyle Hospice. Lately of Clondermott Park and formerly of Poplar Road. Beloved wife of the late John, cherished mother of Anne, Carmel, Oonagh, Ciaran and Brian. A loving granny to her nine grandchildren and mother-in-law of Liam, Victoria, Leona and the late Glenn. Devoted sister of Paddy, Anne and the late Peggy, Betty, Mary, Kitty, Bridie, Eddie and Tony. Doyle’s remains will be reposing at her son Brian’s home, 15 Woodlee, Culmore, BT48 8GA. House private from 10.00pm to noon. Doyle’s Requiem Mass will take place at 11.00am on Thursday, January 9, at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Trench Road, followed by burial at Ardmore Cemetery. Her memory will live long for those who knew and loved her.

 

Audrey Ramage (née Millican), 19 Windsor Avenue, Coleraine

The death has taken place of the late Audrey Ramage (née Millican), January 6 2025, (peacefully) at hospital, Audrey “wee mammy”, 19 Windsor Avenue, Coleraine, much loved mother of Desmond (Dessie), Rhonda, Fiona and the late Kenneth, a dear mother-in-law, a much loved granny and great-granny and a beloved sister. Service in Murdock’s Funeral Home, 2a Windsor Avenue, Coleraine on Thursday at 1.30pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. House Private. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired for Diabetes UK (NI) c/o Ivan Murdock and Sons, 31, Bushmills Road, Coleraine. Deeply regretted by her loving family and entire family circle.
