Siobhan Letters (née McErlane), 16A Ballymaguigan Road, Magherafelt

The death has taken place of Siobhan Letters (née McErlane), 23rd March 2023, beloved wife of Kieran and loving mother of Odhrán and Caolán, daughter of the late Francis Joseph and Mary McErlane loving sister of James, Ann Cochrane (New Zealand) Lily Kelly, Francis, Joseph, Gerard, Brendan, Martin and Marie Larkin. Funeral from her home, 16A Ballymaguigan Road, Magherafelt on Sunday, 26th March at 1.20pm for 2.00pm Mass in Church of St. Trea Newbridge, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, sons, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and extended family circle.

William Francis (Willie) McGuckin, 47 William Street, Bellaghy

The death has taken place of William Francis (Willie) McGuckin, 23rd March 2023, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, RIP, late of 47 William Street, Bellaghy. Beloved husband of Brigid, loving father of Liam and Marie, dear father-in-law of Cathy, much loved granda of Amy and brother of the late, Terry, Stewartie and Ethna. House strictly private. Anyone wishing to pay their respects are welcome at Hamilton’s Funeral Home on Saturday from 3.00pm until the removal of the remains at 5.30pm to St Mary’s Church, Bellaghy. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 11.00am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have Mercy on his soul. Deeply regretted by all the family.

Brigid McKee (née McCusker), 42 Highfield Road, Magherafelt

The death has occurred of Brigid McKee (née McCusker), 23rd March 2023, beloved wife of the late Basil and loving mother of Patrick, Margaret (O’Neill), Libby and Barry, daughter of the late James and Margaret McCusker and dear sister of Kate Bradley, Annie Convery, Noel, Peggy McKee, Lily McCormack and the late Mary Lagan, Ellen Heffron, Patrick, Eamon, James and John. Funeral from her home, 42 Highfield Road on Sunday, 26th March at 11.15am for 12.00noon Mass in Church of our Lady of the Assumption via webcam at Webcam – Magherafelt Parish, interment afterwards in cemetery at Church of St John Milltown. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Iris McMenemy (née Leacock), 17 Moneyhaw Road, Moneymore

The death has taken place of Iris McMenemy (née Leacock), 23rd March 2023, (peacefully) at hospital, dearly loved wife of Bobby, 17 Moneyhaw Road, Moneymore, much loved mother of Siobhan and her partner Charlie, a devoted grandmother of Jonathan, great grandmother of Amy and dearest sister of Yvonne and the late Hugh, Freda, Evelyn, Alex, Mervyn, Walter and Maureen. House strictly private. Funeral from D. Watters Funeral Home, Tobermore on Saturday at 1.30pm to St. John's Parish Church, Moneymore for service at 2.00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only please. John James (Ernest) Murray, 9 Dungullion Road, Eglinton

The death has taken place of John James (Ernest) Murray, (peacefully) passed away at his own home on 24th March 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Devoted husband of Evelyn, loving Father of Robert, Norman, Heather, John, Thomas, Anne, dear Father in law of Jeshree, Liz, Yvonne, Lorna, King and the late Jude, devoted grandfather and great-grandfather. Elizabeth (Elma) Taylor, 2 Cherrydene, Limavady Road, Derry

he death has occurred of Elizabeth (Elma) Taylor, 24th March 2023, (peacefully) at the Foyle Hospice after a short battle fought with great courage, beloved daughter of the late James and Daisy, much loved sister of Ivan, Trevor and Keith, sisters-in-law Rosie and Jackie, aunt of Jill, Lynn, Simon, James, Sam and Finn and a true and loyal friend to all who knew her. All are welcome to pay their respects at her home, 2 Cherrydene, Limavady Road, BT47 6HW, on Saturday and Sunday from 4.00pm to 8.00pm. Funeral service in St Augustine’s Church, Palace Street, Derry, BT48 8SP on Monday at 1.30pm followed by a private family burial immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
