Duo returned to Derry Crown Court to face multiple drug charges
The man and woman had previously been granted anonymity
Two people have been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a number of drug charges following a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court.
The man and woman had previously been granted anonymity.
The man was charged with, on September 30 2022, being in possession of Class C drugs and possession of criminal property.
He was also charged with, on July 1 2023, being in possession of Class C drugs with intent to supply, possession of Class C drugs and possession of criminal property.
The woman was charged with, on January 14 2022, September 8 2022 and June 25 2022, making an offer to supply Class C drugs.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Neither chose to call any witnesses or to submit any statements.
They were returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on October 5.
