After the inevitable binge-eating of chocolate during Easter many women may feel a post-Lent guilt and struggle to get back on track with better habits they developed during Lent. This constant cycle of guilt, continuous starting over and viewing unrealistic trends on social media makes it difficult for women to achieve the lifestyle changes they want by perpetuating negative self-talk and low energy says Derry based nutritionist Jade Bradley.

To combat these negative feelings and create a more positive approach to improving your health and wellbeing, Jade has used her experience over the years with hundreds of clients, and detailed feedback from 40 women to develop a refreshing new approach that throws out the all-or-nothing mentality of lifestyle change for good and instead focuses on three essential pillars for energy, balance, and wellbeing ; Nervous System Regulation, Hormone Regulation, Self-Awareness and Connection.

When I asked women what they had tried before to help themselves feel better the majority of them said they always reverted straight to a diet or a quick fix that focused on them losing weight. For many of them this resulted in a vicious cycle of losing and gaining weight but never truly feeling energised, motivated and feeling #like their hormones were going haywire.

Many of them also told me that they were tired of feeling tired and just surviving the day.

Based on these findings and over 6 years of work with women Jade Bradley, Nutritionist and Women’s Health Coach, is launching her brand new 6-week programme ‘3 Things…Energy Reset’ this May.  Based on 6 years of research, the programme focuses on supporting women who are sick of being overwhelmed and exhausted and who want to change the way they feel.  “On social media women are being bombarded with conflicting messaging and complicated trends on health and wellness. But what if you only needed to focus on 3 things?” says Jade.

In response to the challenges that Jade herself has experienced and has witnessed in hundreds of women, Jade has created a group programme that combines, video tutorials, recipes, workbooks and live video coaching to help women reset their energy levels and look after themselves with the love and care that they give to so many others.

Designed to be flexible for busy women Jade’s  ‘3 Things’ programme delivers results through habit-based changes in nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset. The programme is refreshingly clear, actually sustainable and deeply transformative.

“It’s not about calorie counting, doing more, or trying to keep up with trends that leave you exhausted just reading them. This is a return to what actually works, and what feels good. Says Jade.

If you are a woman who want’s to reset your energy and improve your health and wellbeing, the 6 week programme starts on Monday the 12th of May. To enquire about the programme, go to restorenutrition.co.uk/waitlist-theenergyreset
