Rescue operation after casualty falls from Sea Wall Ballykelly

A Team effort from Coleraine and Ballycastle Coastguard, The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Northern Ireland Fire Service was conducted in a rescue operation in Ballykelly yesterday. 

The rescue took place after reports a casualty had fallen off the Sea Wall at Ballykelly Bank. The person is reported to have sustained a fractured ankle. 

After paramedics stabilised the casualty the team used a basket stretcher to move the casualty to the ambulance assisted by firefighters.
