A man has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court charged with breaching his bail conditions.
Dillon Hemphill (28) of Hazledene Drive in Coleraine was on bail for breaching a non-molestation order and one of the conditions was that he not consume alcohol and avoid contact with the injured party.
On October 8, Hemphill was arrested after breaching both bail conditions.
Defense Barrister Thomas McKeever said that Hemphill 'knows he shouldn't contact her' and asked the court to consider a 'stern warning'.
District Judge Barney McElholm said the defendant was 'paying no attention to the authority of the court'.
He told Hemphill that the court made clear his conditions in his last appearance and revoked bail and remanded him in custody.
He will appear again on October 24.
