Emergency services are currently attending an incident at an apartment block in Derry.
The PSNI and two appliances from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) are currently at the scene at Conar's Court on the Northland Road, pictured above.
An ambulance is also in attendance.
