The brand manager behind Dunnes Stores’ acclaimed Simply Better food collection will share his extensive knowledge and experience of food retail when he addresses the Enterprise Week ‘Taste Our Best’ conference at the Guildhall this Monday March 5th.

Diarmuid Murphy has worked with the Irish owned retail giant for almost 20 years, fulfilling a number of roles including Food Buyer and Head of Own Label Development before taking up his current role as Head of Department with the award winning Simply Better collection.

Derry City and Strabane District Council Acting Tourism Manager, Jennifer O’Donnell, urged anyone interested in the food and hospitality sector to come to the event and avail of the opportunity to hear from Mr Murphy and other leading industry figures.

“The Taste Our Best - Producing, Pitching & Promoting Provenance Conference aims to give chefs and food producers an insight into the work of some of the leading figures and brands in the industry,” she said.
