Seventh day of ChristmasGive yourself a facial at least once a week on the run up to Christmas. Take a good look at the products you are using and make sure they are the correct ones for your skin tone. The wrong products could be doing more damage than good.
Eight day of Christmas
Our bodies are crying out for some fresh fruit and vegetables over Christmas because we are indulging in luxury chocolate and mince pie. What better way to get our fruit and veg fix than juicing? Planning is the key, have all the ingredients you need at the ready and away you go.
Ninth Day of Christmas
In the average woman's beauty arsenal, there are at least 15/20 different make-up products that we have bought over the year and never used or just never had the excuse to test them out. Now is the time to try something new. If you have never done a red lip, now is the time to give it a go. Just practice until you feel confident enough to pull it off on your next night out.You never know when who will be standing under that mistletoe!

Tenth Day of Christmas
Brows are everything - they shape your face and help your eyes stand out. Why wouldn't we look after them? My suggestion is if you are trying to achieve the perfect shape don't try and do it yourself, book in somewhere that a friend or a work colleague goes to. I promise you once you start paying attention to your brows you will never go back.
Eleventh Day of Christmas
Now it's time to make sure you have those nails manicured to their finest. Doing your own manicure can be tricky at the best of times, but once you have prepped the nail your polish should look as smooth and fresh as if a professional has done it. File and shape your nails and apply polish slowly and carefully. Don't forget your top coat and cuticle oil.

Twelfth Day of Christmas
On the 12th day of Christmas, commit to doing something for yourself at least once a week.
We often get caught up in the whole business of everything has to be done now and running around after others that we often forget about ourselves.
Going into the new year we often make goals for ourselves. If you don't have a skin regime every morning and night now is the time to make one, if you only treat yourself to getting your hair done once every six months change that to once a month.
Above all, enjoy this festive season and make the new you shine in the New Year!
